About the Venue

Exhibits will be located at the San Diego Convention Center in Halls A & B2.

Education sessions will be held in the Upper Level meeting rooms in the San Diego Convention Center.


Accommodations for Attendees with Disabilities

NBAA will provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities who make their situations known to NBAA personnel. Reasonable accommodations are those that do not create an undue hardship on NBAA, change the nature of scheduled events or activities, or pose a safety or health threat to other attendees.

For safety reasons, only officially-approved vehicles are permitted to operate within the exhibit hall at the San Diego Convention Center. Individuals with disabilities who wish to use power-driven mobility devices at the 2022 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference must contact NBAA at exhibits@nbaa.org for approval. It is the policy of NBAA that these vehicles be specifically used for handicapped individuals and exhibit the stability required to operate around exhibits.

Only trained service animals with proper supervision are permitted at the 2022 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference.


Badges/Registration

  • All exhibitors and attendees are required to wear a badge while attending the SDC event at the San Diego Convention Center.
  • Once issued, badges are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the badge.
  • Name substitutions for badge registrations are ONLY permitted prior to badges being issued.
  • NBAA may remove from the event, and deny reentry to, any individual who is found to have sold, lent or otherwise transferred a badge or who uses another individual’s badge to access the event.

Bag/Coat Check

Bag and coat check will be available on April 7 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the San Diego Convention Center for a nominal fee


Children

Children less than 12 years old are not permitted on the 2022 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference exhibit floor under any circumstances.

Children 12 years old and older are permitted in exhibit areas during exhibit hours with a 2022 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers badge, provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times.

Children will not be permitted in exhibit areas during installation and teardown.


Dress

Dress for the 2022 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference is business casual, both on the exhibit floor and in education sessions.


First Aid

A First Aid station will be available onsite at the San Diego Convention Center and staffed by an EMT during the official event hours.

Meals

In addition to the Welcome reception in the exhibit hall, your registration includes morning refreshment breaks and lunches daily, as well as afternoon snacks.


Membership

All exhibiting companies, as well as all co-exhibitors, must be current members of NBAA.

Non-member companies must join NBAA before purchasing exhibit space or becoming a co-exhibitor.

All exhibitors and co-exhibitors must be current on all accounts with NBAA, and paid in full for their exhibit space, in order to occupy exhibit space.


Parking at the Convention Center

  • There are 1,950-vehicle underground parking garage below the San Diego Convention Center.
  • The lot is owned by the Port of San Diego and managed by ACE Parking.
  • There are also 31 ADA compliant parking stalls with elevator access to the Convention Center.
  • You can enter the parking garage on Harbor Drive.
  • There are no in-and-out privileges.
  • Overnight and RV parking are not permitted.
  • Parking rates range due to event activity and payment is due upon entry.
  • Rates are set by ACE Parking and are subject to change.

Pets

No pets, with the exception of service animals, will be permitted at the conference at any time, including on the show floor and in meeting rooms.

SDC2022 Gives Back: Adolescent Project 2020

The NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference has a tradition of contributing to charitable efforts in the cities that host the event. For SDC2022, efforts will benefit San Diego-based Adolescent Project 2020 (AP2020), an organization that provides homeless schoolchildren in grades 6 through 12 with toiletries and other necessities, which are pivotal for helping them navigate their daily lives.
