Indoor Exhibit Space Assignment and Priority Lottery Process

Exhibitors that submit applications and full payments by March 18, 2022, will qualify for the priority placement process.

Qualifying exhibitors will be assigned an appointment time to participate in an online meeting with the exhibits team. During the call, the exhibitor and the exhibits team will both be looking at the floor plan and the exhibitor will select their optimal location, considering both their space requirements and the available spaces remaining. While on the call, the exhibitor will select their space and the floor plan will be updated in real time. Exhibitors will receive an email confirmation of their space shortly thereafter.

NBAA assigns appointment times for this live placement process by first grouping exhibitors into priority categories using the criteria listed below. All exhibitors within each priority category will then be assigned appointment times ahead of the exhibitors in the next lower priority category. Except for 2019 sponsors and as noted below, appointment times for exhibitors within each category are determined by random draw.

Priority One exhibitors are those companies whose applications and payments are received by the April 1, 2022, deadline and selected the premium placement option.

Priority Two exhibitors are those companies whose applications and payments are received by the April 1, 2022, deadline and selected the standard placement option.

Priority Three exhibitors are those companies whose applications and payments are received after the April 1, 2022, deadline. Priority Three exhibitors will be placed in the order in which their applications and payments are received, once all exhibitors in Priority One and Priority Two have been placed.

Sponsors

Exhibitors in Priority One and Priority Two with cumulative sponsorship spend of $2,500 or greater at the 2019 NBAA Regional Forums will be placed before other exhibitors within their respective priority category.

Exhibitor Badges

Regional Forum exhibitors will receive complimentary badges based on their exhibit space order. Badges can be used for exhibitor booth staff or guests. Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for $50 each.

Indoor Exhibitor – Standard Placement 25 complimentary badges
Indoor Exhibitor – Premium Placement 35 complimentary badges
Aircraft Display 25 complimentary badges per aircraft, up to a maximum of 75 badges
Ground Equipment 25 complimentary badges
