Indoor Exhibit Pricing

Exhibitor Priority Placement Deadline: Feb. 17, 2023

Exhibitors must submit an application and payment by the Feb. 17, 2023, deadline to qualify for priority placement.

Exhibitors with applications and payments made after the priority placement deadline will not be included in the priority placement process, and will be placed after all qualifying exhibitors have been selected exhibit space in the order that their applications and payments are received.

Premium placement offers exhibitors with exhibits smaller than 2,000 square feet the following benefits:

• Priority Two priority placement
• Two additional badges per 100 square feet of exhibit space reserved, up to a maximum of 100 badges

To qualify for premium placement, this option must be selected on the exhibit application, and full payment – on a nonrefundable basis – must be received by Feb. 17, 2023.

First-Time Exhibitor Turnkey Option

The First-time Exhibitor Turnkey option offers an easy and economical way to have a professional display at NBAA-BACE. This opportunity is only available to companies that did not exhibit at NBAA-BACE in 2022.

Price: $3,280 per unit

• Back wall graphic – 38.75″ wide x 94.938″ high with 0.5″ bleed
• Counter logo graphic – 38.125″ wide x 35.75″ high with 0.5″ bleed
• White locking counter – 3.28′ wide
• Two black stools
• Gray carpet

Other Budget Considerations for Indoor Exhibitors

Below are estimated costs to consider when developing budgets for NBAA-BACE Las Vegas Convention Center exhibits.

Aircraft Display Pricing – Henderson Executive Airport

Aircraft display space smaller than 10,000 square feet must be purchased in 10-foot by 10-foot increments.

JBT/LEKTRO, Inc. is the official aircraft towing company for the NBAA-BACE aircraft display. Towing fees are based on the size of the aircraft and include round-trip (inbound and outbound) towing services. NBAA will collect fees and pass them along to the service provider.

Chalets

NBAA categorizes chalets into three different classes.

• Class 1 – Original Aircraft Manufacturers (OAMs)
• Class 2 – Special Aircraft Modifications, Upgrades, Charter or Timeshare/Membership
• Class 3 – Used Aircraft Exhibits

Class 1 – Original Aircraft Manufacturers (OAMs)

OAMs are eligible for any size chalet. To be eligible for the “With Indoor Space” price, OAMs must occupy a minimum indoor space based on the size of the chalet. OAMs are eligible for up to 2,000 square feet of complimentary indoor exhibit space.

Chalets up to 2,500 square feet – $12.25 per square foot. Chalets 2,500 square feet or less are not required to have an indoor exhibit space.

Chalets between 2,500 and 4,000 square feet – $12.25 per square foot when also booking a minimum of 600 square feet of indoor exhibit space; $36.70 per square foot if no indoor space, or less than the minimum, is reserved.

Chalets over 4,000 square feet – $12.25 per square foot when also booking a minimum of 1,200 square feet of indoor exhibit space; $36.70 per square foot if no indoor space, or less than the minimum, is reserved.

Class 2 – Special Aircraft Modifications, Upgrades, Charter or Timeshare/Membership

Exhibitors showcasing aircraft with modifications etc. or charter or timeshares etc. are limited to chalets up to 1,750 square feet.

Additionally, Class 2 exhibitors must occupy an indoor exhibit space of at least 1 square foot of indoor space for each 25 square feet of outdoor ramp space.

In cases where the ratio requires a space slightly larger than a common indoor exhibit size, NBAA will round down to the nearest common exhibit size. For outdoor exhibits smaller than 2,500 square feet, the minimum indoor booth size is 100 square feet.

Class 3 – Used Aircraft Exhibits

Aircraft dealers, brokers and individual companies selling used aircraft are limited to chalets up to 1,750 square feet.

The fee for chalet space is $12.25 per square foot. Class 3 exhibitors are not required to have an indoor exhibit space to receive the “with indoor space” pricing.

Chalet Space Calculations

For the purposes of calculating chalet space, NBAA defines any chalet as: a tent, structure or vehicle used for hospitality or private meeting space that is greater than 400 square feet of occupied or covered space.

Exhibitors should consider the following conditions when planning their outdoor space:

• Any outdoor raised deck that is greater than three inches high (including any railing) shall have its overall area added to the chalet space calculation.
• Any RV or trailer with a retractable awning shall add the size of the awning to the chalet space calculation.
• Any RV or trailer with a slide-out option shall add the depth of the slide-out to the chalet space calculation.

In some situations, tents or structures smaller than 400 square feet will be considered chalets. These situations may include, but are not limited to: tents with hard walls and doors, tents that require early setup times (prior to aircraft arrivals), or the use of two smaller tents to create one larger tent greater than 400 square feet.

Many chalet options use tent structures that are sized using metric measurements. To simplify the application process, NBAA uses the following standard conversion rates for all metric tent structures.

Co-exhibitors

Companies who will be sharing exhibit space with another exhibitor must notify NBAA in advance by completing the Co-Exhibitor Registration Order form. Review the rules for 2023 NBAA-BACE Co-exhibitors.
