Transportation

Bradley International Airport (BDL)

Bradley International Airport (BDL) is 14 miles from downtown Hartford and the Connecticut Convention Center.

Taxi service is located outside of the Arrivals/Baggage Claim area.

Uber and Lyft are the two ride app companies authorized to operate at BDL. Drivers are stationed near the terminal and can arrive within five minutes of your ride request. The designated pickup area is marked with a “Ride App Pickup” sign on the curb, on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim level.

Hartford-Brainard Airport (HFD)

Hartford-Brainard Airport is three miles from downtown Hartford and the Connecticut Convention Center.

Visa Invitation Letter

If you require an invitation to obtain a visa for travel to the United States to attend this event, you will be able to generate one from the Attendee Service Center once you have registered for the event. If you have any questions please email registration@nbaa.org.
