Martin’s experience, both military and civilian environments, allows him to combine his experience and knowledge, and apply it to scenarios in the classroom and in the real world. His background in weather and flight planning has allowed him to build and develop an aircraft dispatching program that has graduated over 300 students who perform dispatching functions around the world.

Juan Muniz is the Lead Global Regulatory Specialist with Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. He has been with Universal for over 17 years and is an expert on U.S., Mexico and international regulations. Muniz has helped operators obtain hundreds of TSA waivers, border overflight exemptions and Mexico permits. Muniz has expertise with other regulatory issues such as all U.S. Customs and Border Protection programs, APIS notifications, visa waiver programs, global emissions and more. He has established himself as a subject matter expert in working with U.S. and other international government agencies.


Luis Nambo

Lead Global Regulatory Specialist, Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc.

Luis Nambo is a Lead Global Regulatory Specialist with Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. He has been with Universal for over 7 years and is an expert on various programs and regulations in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and other international locations. During his time at Universal, Nambo has positioned himself as the primary trainer and instructor for the Global Regulatory Services team, having written and updated most of the procedures. In addition to his role as a trainer, Nambo has facilitated over 12,000 U.S. Customs arrangements and has advised countless clients on the latest in the regulatory environment.
