NBAA’s 2023 White Plains Regional Forum offers a variety of exhibit options for companies of all sizes. Review important information about exhibit pricing and deadlines.
Indoor Exhibits

Premium placement includes priority one exhibit space placement, allowing exhibitors to choose their preferred location prior to exhibitors selecting standard placement. The premium placement option is only available until March 3, 2023.

Exhibit applications must be accompanied by payment in full. Exhibit applications are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation or reduction in space.
Each 5-foot by 10-foot and 10-foot by 10-foot booth space includes:
- 8-foot high blue back drape
- 3-foot high blue side rail
- One 7-inch by 44-inch company identification sign
- One 6-foot draped table with a blue skirt
- Midnight blue booth carpet
- One 500-watt electrical outlet
- One waste basket
- Two plastic side chairs

Additional Exhibitor Badges
