About the Venue

Exhibits will be located at Nashville’s Music City Center in Halls C & D.

Education sessions will be held in the 2nd level meeting rooms in the Music City Convention Center.

Accommodations for Attendees with Disabilities

NBAA will provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities who make their situations known to NBAA personnel. Reasonable accommodations are those that do not create an undue hardship on NBAA, change the nature of scheduled events or activities, or pose a safety or health threat to other attendees.

For safety reasons, only officially-approved vehicles are permitted to operate within the exhibit hall at the Music City Center. Individuals with disabilities who wish to use power-driven mobility devices at the 2023 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference must contact NBAA at exhibits@nbaa.org for approval. It is the policy of NBAA that these vehicles be specifically used for handicapped individuals and exhibit the stability required to operate around exhibits.

Only trained service animals with proper supervision are permitted at the 2023 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference.

Badges/Registration

  • All exhibitors and attendees are required to wear a badge while attending SDC2023 at the Music City Center.
  • Once issued, badges are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the badge.
  • Name substitutions for badge registrations are only permitted prior to badges being issued.
  • NBAA may remove from the event, and deny reentry to, any individual who is found to have sold, lent or otherwise transferred a badge or who uses another individual’s badge to access the event.

Bag/Coat Check

Bag and coat check will be available on Jan. 24-26 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Music City Center for a nominal fee


Children

Children less than 12 years old are not permitted on the 2023 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference exhibit floor under any circumstances.

Children 12 years old and older are permitted in exhibit areas during exhibit hours with a 2023 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers badge, provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times.

Children will not be permitted in exhibit areas during installation and teardown.


Dress

Dress for the 2023 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference is business casual, both on the exhibit floor and in education sessions.


First Aid

A First Aid station will be available onsite at the Music City Center and staffed by an EMT during the official event hours.


Lost & Found

Lost & found is located at SDC2023 Registration.


Meals

In addition to the SDC2023 Welcome Reception in the exhibit hall, your registration includes morning refreshment breaks and lunches daily, as well as afternoon snacks.


Parking

Music City Center is home to the largest covered parking garage in downtown Nashville.

Open daily to the public and Music City Center guests, the three-level, covered garage has 1,800 spaces and is equipped with a fully-automated system that accepts debit and credit cards upon exit.

The garage is located at 701 Demonbreun Street. Primary access (P3) is at the intersection of 7th Avenue and Demonbreun Street with auxiliary access (P1 & P2) along 6th Avenue.

Pets

No pets, with the exception of service animals, will be permitted at the conference at any time, including on the show floor and in meeting rooms.

Any person who attends an NBAA event grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents to record his or her images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.


Smoking

SDC2023 is a smoke-free event. All smoking, including electronic or vapor cigarettes, is prohibited at SDC2023.
