Safety and Security – 2024 NBAA-BACE

Your safety and security is of paramount importance to us. To ensure that 2024 NBAA-BACE is a safe, secure and successful event for all participants, enhanced safety measures will be in effect. Here is what you can expect as you prepare for the show.
Bag Search
Starting on Monday, Oct. 21, show participants will undergo a bag inspection and security check upon entry into the Las Vegas Convention Center and Henderson Executive Airport. Please plan accordingly and allow additional time for entry. If you would like to store your bag before entering show premises, bag and luggage storage is located outside at the southwest entrance into LVCC Registration and inside the entrance to Henderson.
Prohibited Items
Prohibited items include weapons, fireworks, glass bottles, megaphones, balloons, paint, glue, signs larger than two feet, drones and any other items that the security team identifies as a risk to the event. Exhibit signage and stationary drones on display in exhibits are permitted for an individual with an exhibitor badge.
Registration & ID Checks
All participants must have an official NBAA-BACE badge to enter the show premises. Starting on Monday, Oct. 21, all participants must present a government-issued photo ID that matches their badge upon entry.
To enhance event security, all 2024 NBAA-BACE badges must include a passport-style photo of the individual. Registrants are encouraged to upload their photo in advance to save time on-site. Registrants who do not upload a photo in advance will be required to have their photo taken on-site, which may delay their registration process.
For your convenience and to avoid lines and delays on opening morning, registration and badge pickup locations will open starting Saturday, Oct.19 at the LVCC and Henderson Executive Airport, as well as new locations at Encore, Fontainebleau and ARIA hotels. We strongly encourage you to pick up your badge in advance.
Security Coverage
At 2024 NBAA-BACE, you will see a highly-visible law enforcement and security personnel presence at show entrances and throughout the show. We are working with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies along with venue security teams to coordinate and plan for a safe, secure and successful event for all participants.
