YOUR NEXT CAREER OPPORTUNITY

One of the biggest challenges confronting the business aviation community is the coming shortage of professionals, across the spectrum of available careers. The industry is aging, and the need for young professionals, pilots and those in maintenance, manufacturing, engineering and other specialties, has skyrocketed.

To help attract, retain and foster the next generation of workforce leaders, NBAA is again hosting a Career Fair at the 2024 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) in Las Vegas, NV. The event is open at no additional cost to all registered NBAA-BACE attendees. Still need to register for NBAA-BACE? Register now!

CAREER FAIR SCHEDULE

The NBAA Career Fair is open to NBAA-BACE attendees only and will take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall, W3 Lobby.

Wednesday, Oct. 23 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 24 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

The Career Fair is perfect for college-aged students, young professionals or attendees already working in business aviation and other job seekers, including those making the mid-career transition from the military.

This is your chance to meet face-to-face with some of the top employers in business aviation who are looking to hire. Polish up your LinkedIn and bring updated resumes to connect with recruiters on-site and after the event.

  • Discover new career opportunities from leading employers that are eager to hire high quality candidates like YOU!
