How Attendees Can Support Sustainability – 2024 NBAA-BACE
NBAA’s goal is to continually improve our trade show sustainability at NBAA-BACE every year. This can only be achieved with the help of attendees, exhibitors and partners.
Attendees won’t need to go out of their way to be sustainable at NBAA-BACE. Learn about the easy ways you can make an individual impact on the show’s sustainability efforts.
Bring Your Water Bottle
Start being sustainable as you begin your journey to Las Vegas, and bring a refillable water bottle. Take advantage of refill stations at airports as you travel and on-site in the West Hall of the Las Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC),.
Think Before You Throw
Know that recycling bins are located throughout the LVCC, so you’ll never have to go far to responsibly dispose of your waste. Take a moment to consider what goes where.

Go Green in Your Hotel Room
Be sure to take advantage of towel and linen reuse initiatives offered by your hotel. Don’t forget to turn off all lights and electronics when you leave your room each day!

Take Low Impact Transportation
Many of the hotels within the onPeak hotel block for NBAA-BACE are walkable along safe sidewalks.
Use shared NBAA-BACE shuttles from the LVCC to over 20 Las Vegas hotels and the aircraft display at Henderson Executive Airport. During show days, shuttle bus service between the LVCC and the aircraft display will depart every 15 to 25 minutes.
Take advantage of the Loop. Vegas Loop at the Las Vegas Convention Center quickly transports passengers throughout the 200-acre Las Vegas Convention Center campus in a fun and convenient way, free of charge. The system consists of two one-way, .8-mile-long tunnels built to accommodate all-electric Tesla vehicles driving at speeds of up to 35 mph.
