The NBAA Aircraft Connection has been redesigned with exhibitor feedback at the center of every change. Exhibiting at this year’s 2025 NBAA-BACE means a smoother experience, better value and greater exposure – all with less time on the ground.

• Shorter Build-Up and Tear-Down Time Commitments
  The updated format shortens the total time aircraft are out of service and maximizes your operational efficiency. Here’s what you can expect:
  • Aircraft Arrivals: Monday, Oct. 13
  • Event Days: Tuesday, Oct. 14 and Wednesday, Oct. 15
  • Departures: At close of show Wednesday, Oct. 15 and Thursday, Oct. 16
  • Back in service for the weekend
