Schedule – 2025 NBAA Aircraft Connection
New this year, the Aircraft Connection features a new schedule, giving attendees more focused time to explore the aircraft and connect with exhibitors, all without missing key moments on the show floor at the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC).

First-Time Golden Hour Toast to Aviation
Open to all NBAA-BACE attendees!
Capping off opening day, NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen and Steuart Walton will host a toast at the new Tribute to Flight Pavilion to celebrate the storied past, dynamic present and inspiring future of aviation. Starting at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 14, the gathering will be one of the week’s best moments to network with industry VIPs and reconnect with old friends. As the sun begins to set, we’ll toast the Golden Age of Aviation and the dawn of a new era in flight.
A complimentary shuttle bus will transport attendees between Henderson Executive Airport (HPN) and the LVCC for easy, convenient access to the NBAA Aircraft Connection.
