Unique Transaction Structures

Katie DeLuca, Harper Meyer
Josh Mesinger, Mesinger Jet Sales

Aircraft purchase and sale transactions are rarely straightforward. Each transaction has its own complexities and challenges. However, certain factors in specific transactions (including, but not limited to, cross-border elements, lack of transparency regarding interested parties, certain ownership arrangements, and/or unanticipated developments) add additional layers of complexity to these already complex transactions. This panel will address considerations when navigating unique transactions as well as curve balls that may arise in transactions that may otherwise seem straightforward.
