Accommodations for Attendees with Disabilities

NBAA will provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities who make their situations known to NBAA personnel. Reasonable accommodations are those that do not create an undue hardship on NBAA, change the nature of scheduled events or activities, or pose a safety or health threat to other attendees.

For safety reasons, only officially-approved vehicles are permitted to operate within the exhibit halls at the Las Vegas Convention Center or at the aircraft display at Henderson Executive Airport. Individuals with disabilities who wish to use power-driven mobility devices at NBAA-BACE must contact NBAA at exhibits@nbaa.org for approval. It is the policy of NBAA that these vehicles be specifically used for disabled individuals and exhibit the stability required to operate around exhibits and aircraft.

Only trained service animals with proper supervision are permitted at NBAA-BACE.

Harassment Policy

NBAA is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment at its events and throughout the business aviation community. All participants at the events must refrain from harassing behavior and speech. Participants found to be violating this policy may be removed from the event (without a refund) and prohibited from attending future NBAA events.

Lost & Found

Lost & Found at the Las Vegas Convention Center is located outside of Hall W1. Items can be returned directly to the Lost & Found dispatch window. Attendees may report missing items to 702-892-7400.

Lost & Found at the NBAA Aircraft Connection at Henderson Executive Airport is located in the registration area.

FAC Compliance

Each registrant and participant represents that he or she is not currently 1) included on the List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons or the Foreign Sanctions Evaders List maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (the “OFAC List”); 2) affiliated with any entity that is included on the OFAC List or that is owned or controlled by one or more persons or entities that are included on the OFAC List that own or control 50% or more of the entity in the aggregate; 3) included on, or affiliated with an entity included on, any similar list maintained by other governments; nor 4) based in the Crimea region of Ukraine, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic region of Ukraine, the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic region of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria. A participant who is added to, or affiliated with an entity that is added to, the OFAC List prior to attendance at the event must notify NBAA immediately.

Outboarding and Suitcasing

Registrants not affiliated with an exhibiting company are prohibited from soliciting business at the event venue (commonly called “suitcasing”) and from hosting events or exhibits outside of the event venue that are promoted to event attendees (commonly called “outboarding”). Participants found to be violating these policies may be removed from the event (without a refund) and prohibited from attending or exhibiting at future NBAA events.

Parking

Parking for the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center is located in the Silver Lot. The parking fee on show days is $15 per space, with same-day in-and-out privileges. Cash or credit cards are accepted.

Anyone leaving the property and planning to return the same day can show their paid parking receipt for reentry. Reentry is subject to availability.

Overnight parking is prohibited. Vehicles left on the property overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Vehicles taking up more than one standard parking space will be charged accordingly upon entry. Privately owned RVs, box vans or enclosed trailers may park in the Bronze and Platinum lots when space is available. Vehicles must fit within two parking spaces, lengthwise.

Pets

No pets, with the exception of service animals, will be permitted in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center or on the aircraft display at any time.

Photo Use Permission

Any person who attends an NBAA event grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents to record his or her images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.

Registration & Badge Pickup

Attendees are encouraged to register for NBAA-BACE badges online in advance to save money and time on-site. NBAA-BACE badges may be picked up at the Las Vegas Convention Center and Henderson Executive Airport, or at the remote registration center in the Encore hotels. Smoking

NBAA-BACE is a non-smoking event. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the Las Vegas Convention Center and Henderson Executive Airport. There is no smoking within the building or within 25 feet of any entrance. There will be signage outside of every entrance with the no-smoking policy. Electronic cigarettes, electronic vaping devices, personal vaporizers, etc., are not permitted within the facilities.
