Aircraft Connection Shuttle

On Tuesday, Oct 14 and Wednesday Oct 15, shuttle bus service will be available between the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) and the 2025 NBAA Aircraft Connection at Henderson Executive Airport (HND).

Shuttle buses pick up in the Diamond 1 Lot across from the W4 exhibit hall entrance.

Shuttle buses will depart every 15 to 25 minutes.

Helicopter Shuttle, Powered by BLADE

BLADE is offering by-the-seat helicopter flights between LVCC and HND Tuesday, Oct. 14 and Wednesday, Oct. 15 for NBAA-BACE badged participants who wish to get a bird’s eye view and fly the 12 minute flight between LVCC and our Aircraft Connection at Henderson Executive Airport.

Seats start at just $195 for NBAA members, and $245 for non-members.

In addition to by-the-seat flights, private charters will be available for booking for up to 7 guests, starting at $1,875.

Parking

Las Vegas Convention Center

Parking for the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center is located in the Diamond Lot. Additional parking in the Silver Lot, near the North Hall off of Paradise Road. The parking fee on show days, Oct. 14-16, is $15 per space, with same-day in-and-out privileges. Cash or credit cards are accepted.

Anyone leaving the property and planning to return the same day can show their paid parking receipt for reentry. Reentry is subject to availability.

Overnight parking is prohibited. Vehicles left on the property overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Vehicles taking up more than one standard parking space will be charged accordingly upon entry. Privately owned RVs, box vans or enclosed trailers may park in the Bronze and Platinum lots when space is available. Vehicles must fit within two parking spaces, lengthwise.

Henderson Executive Airport

Parking is complimentary at Henderson Executive Airport.

Las Vegas Monorail

The Las Vegas Monorail offers a swift, convenient, and climate-controlled alternative for navigating the bustling Las Vegas Strip. This 3.9-mile elevated, all-electric system runs along the east side of the Strip, connecting major resorts, casinos and the Las Vegas Convention Center. With seven strategically placed stations, the monorail allows you to glide above the traffic congestion below, with trains arriving every few minutes.

The Las Vegas Monorail is offering NBAA-BACE attendees exclusive fare discounts. Skip the line and scan your phone right at the gate. (Paper tickets are still available at ticket vending machines and customer service desks on the station for full price).


LVCC Loop

Looking to travel around the Las Vegas Convention Center campus? Vegas Loop at the Las Vegas Convention Center quickly transports passengers throughout the 200-acre Las Vegas Convention Center campus in a fun and convenient way, free of charge. The system consists of two one-way, .8-mile-long tunnels built to accommodate all-electric Tesla vehicles driving at speeds of up to 35 mph. The LVCC Loop reduces a 25-minute walk to a less than two-minute ride.

Attendees can access Vegas Loop at Las Vegas Convention Center via four stations:

  • South Station – Adjacent to South Hall, this station is located above ground
  • Central Station – Near the Central Hall Main Entrance, this station is located below ground and is accessible via escalator or elevator
  • West Station – Adjacent to West Hall, this station is located above ground
  • Riviera Station – At the North side of the West Hall closest to Elvis Presley Drive, with direct access to Resorts World. This station is located above ground.

There is currently no charge to travel between stations within Las Vegas Convention Center campus.

The Vegas Loop has also opened stations at the following nearby hotels, providing direct access to and from the Las Vegas Convention Center:

  • Resorts World
  • Westgate
  • Encore
