Full registration for NBAA-BACE provides access to indoor exhibits at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the NBAA Aircraft Connection at Henderson Executive Airport and education sessions for all three days of the show.

Cancellation Policy
NBAA understands the last-minute nature of business aviation and has allowed as much flexibility as possible. Should you need to make a change to your registration, email your cancellation or substitution request to registration@nbaa.org.
A $40 processing fee will be charged for cancellations of paid NBAA-BACE registrations. Cancellations for NBAA-BACE must be received in writing by Oct. 3, 2025. A 10% processing fee will be charged for cancellations of PDP Courses and the Tax, Regulatory & Risk Management Conference. Cancellations for PDP Courses and the Tax, Regulatory & Risk Management Conference must be received in writing by Sept. 12, 2025.
Name substitutions for badge registrations are permitted prior to badges being printed. Once printed, badges are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the badge. NBAA may remove from the event, and deny reentry to, any individual who is found to have sold, lent or otherwise transferred a badge or who uses another individual’s badge to access the event.
Children
Children less than 12 years old are not permitted in exhibit areas under any circumstances. Children 12 years old and older are permitted in exhibit areas during exhibit hours with an event badge if accompanied by a legal guardian at all times. Children will not be permitted in exhibit areas during installation and teardown.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
