Badges/Registration

  • All exhibitors and attendees are required to wear the official event badge while attending the 2025 NBAA Orlando Regional Forum.
  • Once issued, badges are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the badge.
  • Name substitutions for badge registrations are only permitted prior to badges being issued.
  • NBAA may remove from the event, and deny re-entry to, any individual who is found to have sold, lent or otherwise transferred a badge or who uses another individual’s badge to access the event.

Accommodations for Attendees with Disabilities

NBAA will provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities who make their situations known to NBAA personnel. Reasonable accommodations are those that do not create an undue hardship on NBAA, change the nature of scheduled events or activities, or pose a safety or health threat to other attendees.

For safety reasons, only officially-approved vehicles are permitted to operate within the exhibit hall at the Orlando Executive Airport. Individuals with disabilities who wish to use power-driven mobility devices at the 2025 NBAA Orlando Regional Forum must contact NBAA at exhibits@nbaa.org for approval. It is the policy of NBAA that these vehicles be specifically used for handicapped individuals and exhibit the stability required to operate around exhibits.

Only trained service animals with proper supervision are permitted at the 2025 NBAA Orlando Regional Forum.


Children

Children under 12 years old are not permitted on the 2025 NBAA Orlando Regional Forum exhibit floor or aircraft display area under any circumstances.

Children 12 years of age and older are permitted in exhibit areas and aircraft display areas during exhibit hours with a 2025 NBAA Orlando Regional Forum badge, provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times.


Compliance with Laws and Facility Regulations

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and all rules or regulations of the event venues. Participants found to be violating this policy may be removed from the event (without a refund) and prohibited from attending future NBAA events.


Data Privacy

Participants acknowledge that limited personal information may be shared with 1) health and legal authorities upon request and 2) select hotels for the purpose of auditing contracted room blocks. Except as modified in this section, personal information submitted during event registration will be treated in accordance with the NBAA privacy policy. Participants who allow their badge to be scanned by an exhibitor acknowledge that their contact information will be shared with that exhibitor.


Dress

Dress for the 2025 NBAA Orlando Regional Forum is business casual ‒ on the exhibit floor, at the aircraft display and in education sessions.


Harassment Policy

NBAA is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment at its events and throughout the business aviation community. All participants at the events must refrain from harassing behavior and speech. Participants found to be violating this policy may be removed from the event (without a refund) and prohibited from attending future NBAA events.

Lost & found is located at the Regional Forum Registration Desk.


Outboarding and Suitcasing

Registrants not affiliated with an exhibiting company are prohibited from soliciting business at the event venue (commonly called “suitcasing”) and from hosting events or exhibits outside of the event venue that are promoted to event attendees (commonly called “outboarding”).

Exhibitors may not distribute publications or marketing materials outside of their assigned exhibit space. All booth-to-booth distribution is prohibited.

Participants found to be violating these policies may be removed from the event (without a refund) and prohibited from attending or exhibiting at future NBAA events.


Pets

No pets, with the exception of service animals, will be permitted at the 2025 NBAA Orlando Regional Forum.


Photo Use Permission

Any person who attends an NBAA event grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents to record his or her images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.


Smoking

The 2025 NBAA Orlando Regional Forum is a smoke-free event. All smoking, including electronic or vapor cigarettes, is prohibited.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
