Elevating Runway & Surface Safety

What are you doing to reduce runway incursions and wrong-surface events? This session – the first ever presented at an NBAA regional forum – provides insights from air traffic controllers and FAA Office of Runway Safety leaders. Attendees will gain valuable knowledge of best practices and techniques, and learn about new tools recently created to ensure you’re safe in the air and on the ground.

Florida Airspace: Causes for Delays and Strategies to Navigate Through Them

Though business aviation is not a causal factor in aviation system delays, they do occur, especially during peak travel seasons. Discover how to navigate Florida’s busy airspace, especially during snowbird season, in this session with NBAA Air Traffic Services and the FAA.

Careers in Business Aviation

Hosted by Central Florida Business Aviation Association (CFBAA) and the NBAA Young Professionals in Business Aviation (YoPro) Council, students will hear firsthand experiences about business aviation’s positive influences and what makes the industry an engaging work environment. The session will end with student prize drawings.
