2025 NBAA PDP Course: Essential Leadership and Teamwork Skills to Build Your Service Culture

This one-day, highly interactive workshop will equip all levels of leaders and team members with the critical skills needed to build and maintain an organizational culture and team dynamic focused on safety and service excellence. Participants will explore effective leadership from any seat, techniques for fostering team collaboration and trust, customer expectation management, understanding the value proposition, goal setting, and strategies for clear, effective communication. Through practical activities and real case studies, participants will gain the knowledge and tools to implement these concepts immediately within their organization.

This PDP course will be held in conjunction with the 2025 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference (SDC2025).

This course fulfills NBAA PDP Objectives L1 and L2.
