The Freak Factor
David Rendall, Former Management Professor and Stand-Up Comedian
Imagine having more happiness, fulfillment and energy, while also increasing productivity, inspiring stronger performance and building better relationships at work and beyond.
We’re often taught by parents, teachers and managers that success comes from identifying and fixing our weaknesses. However, this approach overlooks an important truth: every weakness also contains a strength. In this session, David Rendall will explore how recognizing and amplifying those unique traits, rather than trying to eliminate them, can lead to greater personal and professional success.
