Exhibits will be located at New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in Hall E. SodexoLive! is the exclusive food and beverage provider and therefore no other food or beverage is permitted to be brought in for the event.
Accommodations for Attendees with Disabilities
NBAA will provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities who make their situations known to NBAA personnel. Reasonable accommodations are those that do not create an undue hardship on NBAA, change the nature of scheduled events or activities, or pose a safety or health threat to other attendees.
For safety reasons, only officially-approved vehicles are permitted to operate within the exhibit hall at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (NOENMCC). NOENMCC only allows powered wheelchairs, scooters, and Segways for people with disabilities as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and as long as they can be operated safely in the venue. People with disabilities who wish to use power-driven mobility devices at the Maintenance Conference must contact NBAA at meetings@nbaa.org for approval. It is the policy of NBAA that these vehicles be specifically used for handicapped individuals and exhibit the stability required to operate around exhibits.

CAM Credit
Candidates for the NBAA Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) credential may earn one point toward their CAM application or CAM renewal by attending this NBAA Maintenance Conference. Learn more about the CAM credential.
Children
The 2026 NBAA Maintenance Conference is a business event. Children under 12 are not permitted on the exhibit floor under any circumstances. Children ages 12 to 17 will be permitted into the exhibit hall during official exhibit hours only, provided they are registered, appropriate badge fees are paid, and they are accompanied by an adult at all times. NBAA will not be held responsible for any cause whatsoever.
Dress Code
The dress code for the 2026 NBAA Maintenance Conference is business casual, both on the exhibit floor and in education sessions.
First Aid
Locations of first aid stations are listed below. Availability of first aid stations is dependent upon event activity.
- Medical 1 – Located near Hall B entrance
- Medical 2 – Located near The UPS Store
- Medical 3 – Located in Hall H entrance

The building has multiple defibrillator stations (AEDs) located in public spaces.

Lost & Found
Lost & found is located at Maintenance Conference Registration in the pre-function area of Hall E. At the conclusion of the conference, any unclaimed items will be turned over to the NOENMCC, who will tag, catalog and store unclaimed items for 30 days. After that, NOENMCC will donate unclaimed items.
Meals
In addition to an opening reception in the exhibit hall on Tuesday night, your registration includes continental breakfasts and lunches daily as well as an afternoon snack.
Lunch, morning coffee and afternoon snacks will be served in Exhibit Hall E.
Registration also includes access to the evening off-site event taking place on Wednesday, May 6.
Nursing Stations
Nursing Mothers Rooms are located in both Lobby B and Lobby H. Additional accommodations can be made at the Medical Services Stations in Lobbies B, F & H.
Pets
Pets are not permitted at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center at any time, with the exception of service animals.
Photo Use Permission
Any person who attends an NBAA event grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents to record his or her images, including, but not to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
Public Safety
In the event of an emergency, you may use one of the red house phones located in the lobby areas. You may also alert a Guest Service Ambassador wearing a purple coat for assistance.

Registration/Badges
- All attendees and exhibitors are required to wear a badge while attending the 2026 NBAA Maintenance Conference.
- Once issued, badges are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the badge.
- Name substitutions for badge registrations are only permitted prior to badges being issued.
- NBAA may remove from the event, and deny re-entry to, any individual who is found to have sold, lent or otherwise transferred a badge or who uses another individual’s badge to access the event.
Scholarship Program
The NBAA Maintenance Committee is dedicated to promoting technical education and training as a means for business aviation maintenance technicians to enhance their careers. To support this, NBAA offers current and aspiring maintenance technicians the opportunity to receive scholarships. The AMT Scholarship Topgolf Outing and silent auction proceeds all benefit the AMT Maintenance Scholarship Program, which is designed to help offset travel and lodging expenses incurred by scholarship award recipients during training.
Service Animals
Service animals are permitted at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, such as any guide dog, signal dog or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. It does not include emotional support or comfort animals. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
Smoking
The NOENMCC is a non-smoking venue and the NBAA Maintenance Conference is a smoke-free event. All smoking, including electronic or vapor cigarettes, is prohibited at the Maintenance Conference. Smoking is permitted outside the facility only in designated areas.

Maintenance Conference exhibitors are encouraged to participate the annual NBAA Exhibitor Sustainability Pledge to make every NBAA event more sustainable and with a lower carbon footprint.
Water Fill Stations
The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center has installed 87 water bottle filling stations throughout the facility, which have already saved the equivalent of more than 300,000 plastic water bottles from landfills.
