This Human Factors Training Course is designed to empower attendees with the critical awareness needed to identify and mitigate risks before they escalate into serious incidents. By shifting the focus toward a proactive safety mindset, participants will learn to recognize specific human factors and understand how their individual roles fit into broader organizational challenges. Beyond identification, the course material emphasizes the practical application of safety management principles, ensuring that attendees can integrate human performance insights into their daily professional routines.
