About the Facilitator: Chris Broyhill
Dr. Chris Broyhill is the business aviation industry’s leading authority on compensation. An industry veteran with over 43 years of aviation experience, he has held a variety of leadership positions in business aviation and has led several scientific research projects on personnel retention, compensation and leadership for the NBAA since 2017.
Broyhill holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, an M.A. in National Security Studies from California State University, and a Ph.D. in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Broyhill is an outstanding graduate of the U.S. Air Force Fighter Weapons School, an NBAA Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) Fellow, and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
Dr. Broyhill invented the AirComp Calculator, an innovative online engine that provides business aviation professionals with comprehensive compensation analysis.
Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
