Inline Booths

Inline booths share a common back wall or side with other exhibits, and have only one side exposed to the aisle. Inline booths have a maximum display height of 8 feet and may not include hanging signs.

Exhibitors may purchase inline booths in dimensions from 10 feet x 10 feet through 10 feet x 60 feet.

Inline booths include the following per 100 square feet rented:

  • 100 square feet of tuxedo gray carpet
  • One 6-foot draped table, gray
  • Two plastic side chairs
  • One wastebasket
  • Basic electrical package with one 500-watt outlet
  • One 11-inch by 17-inch booth identification sign with company name and booth number (for inline exhibits up to 300 square feet)
For visual examples and additional information about the rules and requirements for inline exhibits, review the SDC2026 inline booth rules.

Fuel Row Booth

A Fuel Row refers to a designated area of booths reserved by an aviation fuel provider, where their affiliated fixed base operators (FBOs) or partner companies can showcase their products and services. These rows are strategically placed on the show floor in premium locations, with booth assignments managed either through direct selection by participating exhibitors or by assignment from the Fuel Row Organizer. All applications for Fuel Row space must be approved by the Fuel Row Organizer.

This discounted rate reflects the opportunity for placement within the designated and approved Fuel Row within high-traffic areas of the exhibit hall – providing increased exposure at a significantly lower cost. (The premium placement exhibit rate for non-fuel row participants is $59.30 per square foot.)

Fuel Row Booths include the following:

  • 2 badges per 100 square feet of contracted booth space
  • Premium show floor placement reserved specifically for Fuel Row participants
  • Brand alignment with a major aviation fuel provider, enhancing credibility and visibility
  • Booth decoration package including carpet, 500w electrical outlet, table, two chairs, wastebasket and ID sign
