NBAA has secured discounted group rate room blocks for the 2026 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference (SDC2026) at a number of hotels near the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland.

Important Notice: Some SDC2026 attendees and exhibitors have been contacted by third-party housing agencies to book hotel rooms for the event. NBAA does not have a housing partner for this event. Attendees are encouraged to reserve hotel rooms directly with SDC2026 hotels using the links below.
Exhibitor Sub-Blocks No Longer Available: NBAA has discontinued the practice of offering hotel sub-blocks for exhibitors. Exhibitors interested in making bulk reservations should contact their preferred hotel directly to make arrangements within the NBAA block. Reservations of 20 rooms or more will be subject to NBAA approval.
