Exhibit Pricing – 2026 NBAA White Plains Regional Forum
The 2026 NBAA White Plains Regional Forum offers a variety of exhibit options for companies of all sizes. Review important information about exhibit pricing and deadlines.
Indoor Exhibits

Premium placement includes priority one exhibit space placement, allowing exhibitors to choose their preferred location prior to exhibitors selecting standard placement. The premium placement option is only available until Jan. 9, 2026.

Exhibit applications must be accompanied by payment in full. Exhibit applications are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation or reduction in space.
Each 5-foot by 10-foot and 10-foot by 10-foot booth space includes:
- 8-foot high blue back drape
- 3-foot high blue side rail
- Company identification sign
- One 6-foot draped table with a blue skirt
- Midnight blue booth carpet
- One 500-watt electrical outlet
- One waste basket
- Two plastic side chairs
Aircraft Display
Aircraft display exhibit space is sold as ramp space only. When planning your budget, be sure to consider additional expenses such as furniture, material handling, and other related costs.

- All aircraft on the aircraft display are required to arrive by Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Arrival times will be assigned by NBAA.
- Aircraft will begin to depart after 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
- Tents are not permitted on the aircraft display. Exhibitors may use patio/market umbrellas next to their aircraft.
- Ground power units and air-conditioning units can be obtained from AEM International. Note: AEM International will invoice exhibitors directly for these services.
- Order forms for all third-party services will be included in the Exhibitor Resource Center.
Ground Vehicles/Equipment
Mobile service units, RVs, trailers and other equipment may be displayed at the aircraft display subject to approval by NBAA.

Exhibitor Badges
Regional Forum exhibitors will receive complimentary badges based on their exhibit order. Badges can be used for exhibitor booth staff or guests.

Additional Exhibitor Badges
Additional exhibitor badges for booth staff or guests may be purchased for $70 each through the registration portal in the exhibitor dashboard.
