Press registration for NBAA regional forums is offered in limited quantities and is reserved for working members of the media who are actively covering business aviation and related topics. All press registration requests are subject to review and approval by NBAA.
To be considered for a press registration, applicants must:

  • Be employed by, or on assignment for, a recognized media outlet within the business aviation industry (print, digital, broadcast, podcast or similar)
  • Be requesting access solely for the purpose of editorial coverage, not for business development, sales or commercial activities
  • Present valid, current press credentials, such as a staff ID, business card, or assignment letter on official outlet letterhead

When contacting for press consideration, please include the following:

  • Your full name, title and contact information
  • The name and type of media outlet you represent
  • A brief description of your planned coverage of the event
  • Links to recent, relevant aviation or business coverage
NBAA reserves the right to approve or deny press registrations at its discretion. A submitted request does not guarantee approval.

Press Registration Review and Approval Process

After press registration request has been submitted, it will be reviewed to confirm it meets NBAA’s criteria for media attendance at NBAA forums. This review may include:

  • Verification of credentials – confirming your role and affiliation with the media outlet listed
  • Assessment of editorial focus – ensuring your coverage aligns with the business aviation community and the purpose of the event
  • Evaluation of prior coverage – where applicable, reviewing previous reporting on NBAA events or business aviation topics

You may be asked to provide additional information or clarification to complete the review. Approved press attendees will receive confirmation and instructions regarding how to complete their press registration and any guidelines regarding photography, videography and interviews during the event Because press registrations are limited, early outreach is strongly encouraged.

Media Partnership Opportunities

In addition to press registration, NBAA offers a limited number of media partnership opportunities for qualified organizations interested in collaborating to promote NBAA events. Media partners help amplify awareness of upcoming NBAA events through pre-event promotional efforts, such as event graphics displayed in:

  • Print advertisements
  • Newsletter banners
  • Dedicated email promotions
  • Website banners
  • Social media promotions

In exchange for event promotions, media partnerships may include complimentary attendance at select NBAA events.

Media partners must meet the following requirements:

  • Your company must be a part of a print, web-based, broadcasting, advertising, event or media outlet that focuses on business aviation or audiences with a potential interest in business aviation, such as pilots or high net worth individuals.
  • Your company must provide a fully detailed media kit including all advertisement sizing specifications, pricing and further information on audience reach, demographics and engagement.
  • Your company must submit digital metrics or ad performance reporting. Reporting must be provided two weeks after each partnered event and include details such as impressions, clicks, click-through rates, open rates and all other applicable data metrics.

To be considered for a media partnership opportunity, please submit your request using the form below.

Please note a submission for media partnership consideration does not guarantee approval. All media partnerships must undergo an assessment and review process, where opportunities are evaluated based on strategic alignment, audience reach and event needs. Approved partners will receive a confirmation email with next steps.
