Registration for the 2027 NBAA Maintenance Conference includes the following:
- Access to the Maintenance Conference exhibit hall
- Access to the conference keynote and education sessions
- Continental breakfasts, lunches and breaks on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Welcome reception on Tuesday, May 4
- Off-site networking event on Wednesday, May 5
Additional registration fees are required for the NBAA Professional Development Program (PDP) course on Monday, May 3, 2027. Information about the NBAA PDP course will be available by September 2026.

Cancellation Policy
NBAA understands the last-minute nature of business aviation and has allowed as much flexibility as possible. If you need to change your registration, email your cancellation or substitution to registration@nbaa.org. A 10% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations must be received in writing by April 2, 2027.
Name substitutions for badge registrations are permitted prior to badges being issued. Once issued, badges are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the badge. NBAA may remove from the event, and deny reentry to, any individual who is found to have sold, lent or otherwise transferred a badge or who uses another individual’s badge to access the event.
Children
Children 12 years old and older are permitted with an event badge if accompanied by a legal guardian at all times.
NBAA Event Participant Agreement
All participants at NBAA events must follow event policies to ensure a safe and productive experience for everyone. During the registration process, registrants must confirm that they have read and agree to these policies. If someone is registering other individuals, they must confirm that they have obtained the consent of those individuals to agree to the policies on their behalf. Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
