NBAA PDP Course: Leading With A Vision

Find out the answers to these questions and increase your own personal leadership competencies by attending the Leading with a Vision PDP course. The facilitator will be Scott A. Moore, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) with Moore Life Leadership. Moore is the author of 19 books and a recognized expert on values-based leadership. Moore served as an Air Force officer, aviation department manager and NBAA Board member.

Held in conjunction with the 2027 NBAA Leadership Conference, this course will teach how to lead and inspire your coworkers by creating a personal leadership vision. You will interact with others and practice the communication skills needed to increase connection with the people in your life. You will learn how to live, work and lead in alignment with your core values by investing in your ability to lead and inspire others.

This course covers PDP leadership objectives L1 and L2.
