Strategies for Effective Leadership in Business Aviation

Aviation is the industry of change. Successful change management gives people the information, resources and support to mitigate risk, and enact and embrace changes in the workplace.

This one-day interactive workshop – held in collaboration with the Teterboro Users Group and Teterboro Airport – equips business aviation professionals with essential strategies for leading and managing change effectively in today’s fast moving aviation environment. Through interactive discussions and aviation-specific scenarios, participants will learn how to navigate uncertainty, communicate with clarity, build alignment and guide their teams through transitions with confidence.

With a strong emphasis on human factors, culture and service-driven leadership, the course reinforces that safety is your number-one service – and that effective change management is critical to sustaining safe, consistent and exceptional operations. Attendees will build practical skills to influence others, strengthen engagement and support a culture of continuous improvement, safety and service excellence.
