NBAA has announced a new educational opportunity for current and future leaders – the Emerging Leaders Conference (ELC), to take place Feb. 26-27, 2020, in Orlando, FL.
“This conference is specifically designed for young professionals, by young professionals in business aviation,” said NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen. “We want to help ensure that the newest members of the workforce have the leadership skills and other tools needed for success in today’s business aviation landscape.” The Emerging Leaders Conference motto says it all: ‘Be a better leader today.’”
The inaugural conference will bring leading-edge content to rising stars through a collaborative and interactive program, which encourages participation through thought-provoking discussion on hot topics. The ELC will conclude with a community service event on Feb. 28, giving participants an opportunity to further network, while helping the local community.
While the ELC will follow the 2020 NBAA Leadership Conference, taking place Feb. 24-26, also in Orlando, the program topics and agendas are uniquely designed for their core audiences. The Leadership Conference will offer those with greater management experience an agenda focused on diversity and inclusion, authentic leadership, culture and retention.
