More than ever, people want access to information anytime, anywhere. As more of our lives and business have gone virtual, so has NBAA’s must-read member magazine, Business Aviation Insider.
The improved digital edition of the bimonthly publication, available through the association’s website, makes it easier than ever for NBAA members to access the valuable content only found in Business Aviation Insider.
Users will find the responsively designed website easy to navigate, whether using a desktop computer, tablet or smartphone. Features of Business Aviation Insider’s new digital edition include expanded photo galleries, videos and other important engaging content.
“We want the magazine to be a highly valuable resource for NBAA members,” said Robert A. Searles, Business Aviation Insider’s managing editor. “The goal of this redesign was to improve the online reading experience of the magazine using the best available technology. None of the core content in the magazine is changing, only how members access that content online,” he added.
In addition to the new, web-optimized version of Business Aviation Insider, members can access magazine content online through a “digimag” format that closely replicates the print edition of the publication. The new web-optimized and e-reader versions of the magazine replace the Business Aviation Insider mobile app.
Members can access all the content of Business Aviation Insider magazine at nbaa.org/insider.

Professional Development
Dynamics of Empowered Leadership
NBAA is offering a new, on-demand professional development program (PDP) titled “Dynamics of Empowered Leadership.”
Because leadership has evolved from an authoritarian model to a more flexible style that is more focused on stakeholders, the main role of today’s most effective leaders is to direct and orchestrate their team members to adhere to safety standards, exceptional customer service and collaboration for the benefit of all.
This online course has been designed to help participants capitalize on group dynamics, maximize team performance, assess the ethics of actions, and learn how to be a better mentor and communicate more clearly.
Dynamics of Empowered Leadership is led by Dr. Shari Frisinger of CornerStone Strategies LLC, who has worked for decades with leaders who want to minimize conflict, create and maintain a more resilient and safer culture, and attain a higher-performing level of safety and satisfaction.
