Help Build the General Aviation Caucus in the House of Representatives
With more than 200 members of Congress, the GA Caucus in the United States House of Representatives is one of the largest such groups. The caucus plays a critical role in educating lawmakers about business aviation’s importance to thousands of small towns and communities nationwide. Through Capitol Hill briefings and other events, NBAA regularly engages directly with members of Congress and their staffs on critical legislative and regulatory issues for the industry.
As new members of Congress enter office, NBAA and the other GA associations work together to increase caucus membership; however, direct engagement from our community is critical. To keep the GA Caucus vibrant, we rely on NBAA members to utilize tools such as NBAA’s Grassroots Action Center or meet with Congressional staff to increase caucus membership. As our industry tackles challenging legislative issues ranging from airport access to tax policy, a strong and growing GA Caucus is more crucial than ever.
