Since 1998, NBAA’s Professional Development Program (PDP) has helped business aviation professionals ascend in their careers by preparing them for management roles within their companies. Leadership for Aviation Professionals
This two-day course, led by speaker and author Bob Mason, focuses on how individuals can become leaders that impact organizations from any position.
Aviation Security and Awareness Training
This one-day course will provide you and your flight department with the relevant tools you need to be secure – on the road, at your base and in your personal life. Topics include active shooter survival, enhanced hotel security, rideshare vulnerabilities, security culture and more.
Enhancing Productivity Through Business Aviation
This one-day course is designed to assist industry professionals with the important task of communicating the strategic value of business aviation to help a company achieve its goals and effectively fulfill the organization’s mission.
Aviation Leadership
This two-day course teaches the fundamentals of leadership, providing the tools to become an effective leader in the aviation department and in the company as a whole. The course is interactive, allowing attendees to practice and develop necessary skills for success. This course will be invitation-only for CAMs and 40 Under 40 Award recipients.
Management Fundamentals for Flight Departments Workshop
Taking place following NBAA-BACE, this two-day course gives flight department managers key information about safe operations, regulatory compliance, basic management practices, cost controls, planning for the future and more.
