Business Aviation Customer Certificate Program
NBAA recognizes that all great businesses have several common threads – one of those is outstanding customer service. The association, in partnership with ServiceElements International, has developed an assessment-based certificate program that will provide participants with an introductory to mid-level training on the elements of exemplary customer service.

Safety Manager Certificate Program
NBAA’s Safety Committee – in collaboration with Advanced Aircrew Academy, Convergent Performance and Fireside Partners – has developed an assessment-based certificate program that will provide participants introductory to mid-level training on safety in business aviation operations. The program includes testing in six key areas of safety management.
Participants who complete the course will be able to oversee business aviation safety efforts, including a safety management system. The Safety Manager Certificate is approved for Certified Aviation Manager credit.
Business Aircraft Scheduler Certificate Program
In collaboration with Part 91 scheduler experts and Universal Weather and Aviation Inc., NBAA has developed an assessment-based certificate program that provides comprehensive, introductory to mid-level training on the duties of a business aircraft scheduler.
Those who complete the course and pass the final assessment will earn points toward a CAM application or recertification.
