Your Guide to Compensation in 2025 Is Here

NBAA’s 2025 Compensation Survey offers the most trusted and comprehensive snapshot reflecting business aviation pay and benefits.

Whether you’re leading a flight department or managing HR strategy, this year’s survey provides essential benchmarking data to help you stay competitive in today’s evolving talent market.

The 2025 results offer a detailed breakdown of:

  • Total cash compensation, including base pay, bonuses and overtime
  • Merit increase trends across roles
  • Long-term incentives, who’s offering them and how
  • Duty/flight hours and weekend/remain-overnight-day reporting practices

This data empowers companies to attract and retain top talent, align compensation with industry standards and plan with confidence.

Member companies who participated in the survey receive complimentary access as a benefit of their contribution. Member representatives and designated compensation survey alternates of NBAA Business and Operating Member companies who did not participate are eligible to purchase the full report
