NBAA’s Certificate Programs: Advancing Excellence in Business Aviation
NBAA’s certificate programs stand out as a practical path for professionals seeking to expand their expertise, demonstrate competence and advance their careers.

Safety Manager Certificate Program
NBAA’s Safety Committee – in collaboration with Advanced Aircrew Academy, Convergent Performance and Fireside Partners – has developed an assessment-based certificate program that will provide introductory- to mid-level safety training in business aviation operations. Graduates will be able to effectively direct safety management systems.
Business Aircraft Scheduler Certificate
In collaboration with Part 91 scheduler experts and Universal Weather and Aviation Inc., NBAA has developed an assessment-based certificate program providing comprehensive, introductory- to mid-level training on the duties of a business aircraft scheduler. This program is perfect for flight department personnel with aircraft scheduling responsibilities or professionals looking to work in business aviation operations.
Business Aviation Customer Service Certificate
NBAA, in partnership with ServiceElements International, has developed an assessment-based certificate program that provides introductory- to mid-level training on the elements of exemplary customer service.
The program includes self-paced learning modules covering key topics of customer service management. Participants who pass the final assessment will earn a Business Aviation Customer Service Certificate.
