Grow Your Leadership Skills With NBAA’s PDP Courses
NBAA will offer a variety of Professional Development Program (PDP) courses in conjunction with the 2026 NBAA Leadership Conference, 2026 International Operators Conference, 2026 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference and 2026 Maintenance Conference.
Additionally, the association will co-host a PDP course with the Minnesota Business Aviation Association and Signature Flight Support on Jan. 23 at Signature’s Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) location.
Dynamics of Empowered Leadership will be led by Scott D. Arnold, founder of Sājet Solutions, and will train attendees to lead from any seat in a workplace that is adapting to changing times. The course will cover the influence of behavioral and communication styles on a team’s interactions, and attendees will learn a variety of methods to motivate and mentor.
