Bob Gould, of Bravo Golf Aviation, has developed a practical way to look at risk management, and it starts with a simple question: “What would happen if…?” In other words, he said, aviation personnel can ask themselves if they did or didn’t perform a certain function, what would the outcome be? Gould will speak on this topic next month at a Professional Development Program course on risk management.
