Operators headed to the Atlanta area this week should prepare for possible changes due to the Super Bowl, which takes place Feb. 3. Since Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is one of the busiest in the world, “we’re looking at how we’re going to spread out the volume to the satellite airports, which will be the ones used primarily by business aviation operators,” said Dean Snell, manager of NBAA Air Traffic Services. His best advice: be patient and prepared before you fly.
