Though the 2018 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) is still months away from arriving in Orlando this October, an exciting program of education sessions is already in the works. Hot topics will include new technologies, cybersecurity and regulatory issues. Additionally, multiple sessions will address workforce retention challenges to highlight what managers can do to keep experienced talent within business aviation, said Tyler Austin, NBAA’s manager of professional development.
