This year’s NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference, taking place March 25-27 in New Orleans, features an expanded roster of education sessions addressing the latest topics and challenges facing these vital members of any business aviation flight operation. “I remember going in my very first S&D [Conference] and just being blown away about everything that is involved in this industry,” says session co-organizer Kody Bjork. “You’ll find a niche for everything that a scheduler and dispatcher touches.”
In this episode of NBAA’s “Flight Plan,” host Rob Finfrock speaks with the co-chairs of the S&D Career Engineers subcommittee, which determines the education sessions for this annual conference:
- Kody Bjork, flight support manager at Clay Lacy Aviation
- Ashley Daniel, director of flight support for a Northeastern U.S.-based Part 91 operation
