Corporate Angel Network (CAN) arranges free flights for cancer patients needing to travel to specialized treatment centers by utilizing empty seats aboard business aircraft. Like many other charities, the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted operations earlier this year, but CAN Executive Director Gina Russo has a bright outlook. “I am optimistic that in 2021 some of our regularly scheduled routes will be flying again,” she said, including to New York; Houston, TX and Ohio.
