NBAA recently marked National Diversity Week by highlighting multiple initiatives — both within the association and across the industry — to foster a more diverse, equitable and inclusive environment for all. “Even if we are not where we want to be today, we know where we want to go in the future,” said NBAA Manager of Social Media Danielle Williams. “And the future looks like making sure that there’s a diverse composite of voices involved in decision-making.”
