That includes YoPros who’ve chosen careers in aviation maintenance, where they are “bringing in fresh ideas that I think are extremely vital to our career field,” notes Aviation Search Group’s Jay Gallagher. The upcoming 2023 NBAA Maintenance Conference will feature a new session dedicated to supporting and encouraging these young professionals as they advance in their careers.
