The NBAA Maintenance Committee wants to develop the next generation business aircraft technician, and its scholarship program is an important part of that process, said committee member Steve King. Though the Maintenance Technical Reward and Career Scholarship (TRACS) program, the committee awards dozens of training opportunities each year to help business aviation maintenance technicians enhance their careers.
