NBAA Announces Membership Staff Promotions

Washington, DC, July 1, 2002 – The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) is pleased to announce promotions for the following Membership Department Staff members, who will assume their new responsibilities as of today.

Sue Kaplan is NBAA’s new senior manager, membership records & services. She will continue her comprehensive responsibilities of managing Association Member records and will assume new roles dealing with the implementation and coordination of regional NBAA events such as REACHBAC functions and Business Aviation Forums.

In Dave Bascomb’s new position as manager, membership records & services, he will continue to handle community database projects and administration; he also will maintain his responsibility for various initiatives such as Membership plaques and certificates.

Benjamin Jones, a May 2002 graduate of George Washington University, joins NBAA as a full-time employee as assistant manager, records & programs. He will be involved in a variety of Membership Department activities, including production of the NBAA Directory of Member Companies, Aircraft & Personnel and coordinating Membership development projects.
