Washington, DC, August 17, 2004 – The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) will host a Business Aviation Regional Forum on Thursday, August 26 at Boeing Field/King County International Airport (BFI) in Seattle, WA. NBAA’s Business Aviation Regional Forums are learning and networking experiences designed to meet the needs of regional business aviation operators, those wishing to learn more about this form of transportation, and vendors across the United States.

NBAA Regional Forums bring together business aircraft owners, operators, manufacturers, customers and other industry personnel for networking and information sharing at some of the best airports and FBOs worldwide. Because the Forums are hosted regionally, Exhibitors and Attendees can meet with sales prospects and colleagues who share concerns and ideas relative to their particular geographic regions.

The Regional Forum in Seattle will feature nearly 40 indoor exhibits, 17 static aircraft and a full slate of informational sessions at Galvin Flying Service on the airport. Briefing topics will include security for business aviation operations, getting the most from aircraft OEMs, regulatory options for business aviation operations, mission profiling, preventing and eliminating maintenance incidents, transitioning from paper to electronic charting, planning domestic flights into RVSM airspace, justifying aircraft modifications and retrofit projects, flight department management systems and a local group update.

The event will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All business aviation industry personnel, potential and present, are invited to attend. Admission is $40 for NBAA Members and $50 for non-Members.
