Washington, DC, September 1, 2004 – The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) announced today that Pete West has resigned as senior vice president, government & public affairs, effective November 1, 2004.
“It is difficult to overstate Pete’s contribution to the Association on behalf of the Membership over the last 17 years. He has been a tireless and enthusiastic advocate for the business aviation community and will be greatly missed,” said NBAA Chairman and Interim President Donald E. Baldwin.
“I have sincerely enjoyed my work at NBAA but I have reached a point in my life and professional career where I am looking forward to new opportunities,” said West. ” I have agreed to assist new NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen and the team at NBAA through the Convention, and I will always be a strong supporter of the business aviation community.”Â
