Orlando, FL, October 8, 2003 – The Voting Membership of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) today elected three Directors to three-year terms during its Annual Meeting at the Orlando/Orange County Convention Center: Donald E. Baldwin of The Coca-Cola Company, Kenneth E. Emerick of GM Worldwide Travel Services and Sylvia L. Jennings of Wotan America, Inc.

NBAA Vice Chairman Donald E. Baldwin was recruited to work for The Coca-Cola Company in 2001 as its director, corporate aviation, after retiring from Texaco, Inc. following more than 25 years with that company. He joined Texaco, Inc. in 1974 as a copilot and at retirement was its manager of aviation transport services. Baldwin is a graduate of Wilmington College. He served as NBAA treasurer from 1999 to 2001, when he was elected vice chairman for a two-year term. He also served as chairman of the Board’s Industry Affairs Committee from 1997 to 1999 and as a member of NBAA’s Corporate Aviation Management Committee. He joined the Board in 1996.

NBAA Treasurer Kenneth E. Emerick is director of aviation for GM Worldwide Travel Services, a company he joined after graduating from Wayne State University. Before being elected to the Board in 2000, he served as chairman of the NBAA Corporate Aviation Management Committee for three years.

Sylvia L. Jennings is president of Wotan America, Inc., which she founded in 1981. Prior to founding this business, Jennings had 20 years experience in the banking industry, including serving as president of Broward County Banking and as director of the National Banking Association. She is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in finance and bank management. Currently chairing the Board’s Nominating Committee, Jennings chaired the Board’s Membership Committee from 1996 to 1997, and she also has served on NBAA’s Corporate Aviation Management Committee. Her first term on the Board was from 1994 to 1997; she later returned in 2000.

These Directors’ terms will conclude at the NBAA 59th Annual Meeting & Convention, scheduled to be held in Orlando, FL from October 17 to 19, 2006.

NBAA represents the aviation interests of 7,500 companies that own or operate general aviation aircraft as an aid to the conduct of their business, or are involved with business aviation. NBAA Member Companies earn annual revenues approaching $5 trillion — a number that is about half the gross domestic product — and employ more than 19 million people worldwide.
